The Green Festival will make its first appearance in New York at the Javits Center North this weekend featuring national and local speakers, workshops, vendors and cultural programming, all ecofriendly in nature. If you ride your bike and park with a bike valet, admission if FREE! (Note: Otherwise admission is $15 to $25 for a full weekend pass).
Celebrate Yoga Vida’s 2nd Anniversary! It’s on Friday, January 13, at Yoga Vida at 666 Broadway. No cover, no bouncers, just good times. The evening kicks off with a free 6:30 p.m. vinyasa class with instructors Hilaria Thomas and Alyssa Arroyo— then stay for the party at 8:00 p.m. (Or drop in any time from 8:00–10:30.)

Get Your Wellness On is a grass roots movement to promote health and save lives. Encouraging dialogue and education to reduce incidence of mental
illnesses that can lead to suicide, Get Your Wellness On promotes Eastern and Western approaches to mind and body health. The movement advances a general understanding of wellness that will empower individuals to take charge of their overall health. The Fair will host a number of programs and events that are free to the public.
