Art and fashion have a seamless fusion. Celebrating the start of New York Fashion Week this week, and the opening receptions for many of the more than 80 art galleries in the Lower East Side, this event will include store events, live music and entertainment at fashion and accessory boutiques throughout the neighborhood. Stroll through the nabe and enjoy an "Opening Night" out!
Opening Night will also include several in-store events, including live music and entertainment, at a number of the retail fashion and accessory boutiques that line the neighborhood. The LES BID developed this free, neighborhood-wide event as a pre-Fashion Week kick-off, in conjunction with the opening to fall art season, which will take place from 6-9 pm throughout New York’s Lower East Side.
